America's Supershow Talent All Set and Heads to Atlanta for Taping in Five Weeks!

Birmingham, AL: Felicia Cole Poe (Age 29) of Aliceville, AL takes the Birmingham Regional for the Allstate Gospel Superfest Opening Act Contest. And now the voting begins as all six semi-finalist have been selected. Felicia won the final audition session in Birmingham by a mere five points from her nearest competitor. However, she simply changed the atmosphere, and brought us in to a spirit of worship' states executive producer Dr. Bobby Cartwright Jr. The competition had to stop for several minutes and re-group after Felicia's incredible performance! On hand to judge the Birmingham Regional was Stellar Award wining artists Ted Wynn (Ted & Sheri), Prince Yelder (Local Radio Announcer /Producer), DJ Strick (Hip Hop Radio Jock) and Eloise Ford Gaffney (GMWA Chapter Rep-Birmingham)

The Allstate Gospel Superfest production team started its three-week tour in the entertainment capital of the world, at the historic Apollo Theater in Harlem. From there the show traveled to Washington DC, St. Louis, MO, Dallas, TX, Memphis, TN and Birmingham, AL. A remarkable array of talent has been displayed with hundreds of singers, rappers, comedians, spoken word artists and a few mimes and dancers who did not get the memo. However, United TV, gracefully recorded them anyway.

Each contestant was asked to recite a line prior to their performance saying, 'I am The Allstate Gospel Superfest Opening Act Contest Winner, and here's why........ and then perform. But now we know that five vocalists and one comedian are the six left standing who could possibly recite that line again, in front of thousands, on November 1, 2008 during The 10th Allstate Gospel Superfest international TV taping in Atlanta!
